Communication is a hard thing for many people to do. Hard things are worth doing. Specifically, you should do hard things. All of us should do hard things.
In this video I share an exercise I do with clients. At sunrise. There’s reason for this - I hope you’re able to watch this video at or near sunrise. It’s helpful for one of the questions I have for you in this first video.
I also discuss two quick reads (it’s ideal to read these before watching the video). They cover hard things, you, and time. There are not many things which matter more than these three topics. Plus, the book has a monkey on the cover!

Excellent, my daughters love him but I haven't yet read this author. Glad you recommended him. The 40th should be great -- even better than the 30th, given all the great ideas now on the table thanks to the high bar tempo of our planning group.
